Board-certified lactation care from Lindsey Gardner, MSN, RN, IBCLC — compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to your family's unique journey.
About
Hi, I'm Lindsey — a Kansas City-area nurse, lactation consultant, and mom of three. My own breastfeeding journey looked completely different with each of my children, and those experiences taught me something invaluable: there is no single path, and every family deserves support that meets them exactly where they are.
I became an IBCLC because I know firsthand how isolating and overwhelming feeding challenges can feel — and how transformative it is to have someone in your corner who truly understands. Whether you're struggling in the early days, hitting an unexpected wall, or just need someone to reassure you that you're doing better than you think, I'm here for all of it.
My goal is simple: to walk alongside you through the hard moments and help you reach yours. Whatever your feeding goals look like, I'll bring the clinical expertise, the patience, and the genuine care to help you get there.

In-Home & TelehealthInsurance & Fees
Under the Affordable Care Act, most insurance plans are required to cover lactation support at no cost to you. I work with two insurance networks to make that a reality for as many families as possible.
For services not covered by insurance, self-pay is always available. HSA/FSA cards are accepted, and a superbill can be provided for out-of-network reimbursement.
Benefits verification is completed before every visit. No surprises, no unexpected bills.
